Description

After a recent relocation, the head was dropped. Although the glass inside the head appears intact, the head unit does not heat up and emits a steady ticking sound. Everything else works perfectly!
Before the drop happened, however, the laser was fully tested and functioning perfectly... bummer
This multi-beam white laser was used in a confocal microscope and has been set to standby mode for its entire life (1437.4 hrs).
