Item has a slight lean, possibly just a loose bolt but I do not want to mess with it in any way.
This is a family heirloom. Was give. To my grandfather by his boss in the early 1950s.
No known condition issues, repairs or replacement parts! Works as it should! Planetarium has not been cleaned or restored for fear of causing more harm than good! This is a beautiful piece! The sun is brass as is the base. Earth is covered in paper with the Trippensee/MFG CO/Detroit signature. The moon and Venus are wood.
