The thermoplastic elastomer made from a special material softens it with hot water, chews it firmly, and rinses it with cold water after molding to make it your own original mouthguard.
[How to use] 1) Soak the mouthguard in boiling water for 30 to 40 seconds. 2) Take it out carefully and cool it with cold water for about 1 second. 3) Align the mouthguard with the upper teeth and chew it firmly, and while pressing the mouthguard with your tongue, use your fingers to shape it from above your lips. 4) When the shape is complete, rinse it with cold water for 30 seconds and fix it. 5) After use, rinse with clean water and then air dry before storing.
