    Description

    One He-Ne laser, made in 90' by Uniphase, USA. It worked fine with about 2 mW of power, until a short circuit inside the metallic cover and the HV terminal appeared. The laser tube and mirrors are fine. One can hear the noise of the HV spark inside. I believe it can be repaired by better isolating the HV terminal inside (to the ballast resistor). I hope somebody is interested to repair it, good for educational purposes.
