Please note: This belonged to my mother's husband, a collector who passed and this will be one of many items of his collection we will be selling. We will do our best to answer any questions but note that none of these items were ours.

Buy with some confidence that this AVR was tested to the best of my ability without an owners manual and was used for a month plus with no issues and this is what I came up with. Powers right up and has a beautiful amber color easy to read display. All speaker outputs, AM/FM, also all RCA's on audio and video inputs,
and outputs,
and all appear to function as they should as did all the volume, bass, treble, and balance knobs, all push buttons, selector controls buttons on the front of the unit working as they should. If he had a remote for this I am unable to find at this time but if I do I will pass it along.
This Pioneer is loaded with options on setups and effects. which I was unable to go through in any great depth without an owners manual. This powerful 420 watt AVR is built like a tank and heavy.
I tried this Pioneer with some of the different speakers (Canton and Monitor Audio he had hooked up to other units (Onkyo and Technics) and was there a difference in sound on this Pioneer in my opinion
defiantly yes, it will bring out the best of your speakers.
Compared to some of the other AVRs he has and I have listened to, it presented a powerful, sweet, clean sound. This one definately has some sparkle. I was unable to test headphone jack I have no headphones. Again, this is a super clean Pioneer with a few minor small marks to my eyes. Please see the many pictures to make your own determination. Again, this Pioneer is built like a tank and a good size and heavy AVR.
That said this is a previously owned piece of electronics though working great it is being sold as is.
