Art.Nr .: 300056020 Article: 1:16 RC tank Leopard 2A6 Full Option The TAMIYA model is a fully functional 1:16 scale replica of the Leopard 2A6 as it is used in the German Armed Forces. The model carries out all driving movements such as driving forwards and backwards and turning on the spot. In order to realize the stepless steering of the original tank, a completely new gear was developed, which works with a 540 motor for the drive and one for the steering. In addition, a new single link chain with separate chain pads was developed. The digital sound module generates all driving and engine noises, the noises of the weapon and turret drive as well as the firing crack of the cannon (switchable to the sound of the machine gun). The tower reflects the turning movements. The cannon is automatically raised when turning over the rear of the tank (rear deflector function). When the cannon is operated, a flash of light is generated in the barrel muzzle, the barrel is returned, the model "twitches" by briefly activating the cruise control and the weapon runs in the loading position for a few seconds. To make changing the battery easier, it is housed in the tower and is therefore easily accessible. Last but not least, the entire vehicle lighting was reproduced in great detail. By completely redeveloping all components, this model creates an unprecedented reference to reality. New standards are being set for the area of ​​functional model construction. The LEOPARD 2A6 main battle tank, a top product of the German defense industry, was introduced as the army's main weapon system in eleven countries. It is therefore also known as the EURO LEOPARD.
