    Description

    This is a vintage Quantum Physics LS-32 HeNe laser in good cosmetic condition but totally non-functional except for the "Filament" pilot light. ;-)
    The LS-32 was one of the first - if not the first - affordable HeNe lasers for educational and similar uses.
    This one is fully intact including the original tube but I could not figure out how to remove it for display.
    The power supply is very dead including a shorted high voltage transformer and melted power switch.
    The only thing that works as noted is the pilot light for the filament, but since the tube is up to air after 50+ years, the filament in the tube doesn't even light.  The high voltage connector housing is also broken, not that that matters, and it doesn't show.
    This would probably only be of interest to a true antique laser aficionado. ;-)
